Terms of Use

palatedigital.com is an information hub for the Palate Digital family of drink journals. It describes our products, previews journals that are in development and lets you join a waitlist. No purchases are made on this site.

Each Palate Digital journal runs on its own subdomain — for example the wine journal at wine.palatedigital.com — and has its own terms, privacy notice and, where payments apply, its own refund policy. Those terms govern your use of that journal. Nothing on this site replaces them.

Joining the waitlist is a registration of interest only. It does not guarantee access, pricing or a launch date, and we may close, pause or change any beta programme at any time. Beta features are provided as-is and may change or be withdrawn.

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access, no automated scraping or bulk submissions, and no submission of other people’s details without their permission.

The Palate and Palate Digital names, logos, page designs and written content are owned by PalateDigital Ltd. You may link to the site and quote short extracts with attribution; any other reuse needs our written permission.

The site is provided on an “as available” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or development. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
